The negatives, are, of course, we don't own this. We'd never pick this to own. But for renting, and being on base, it's fairly good.
Our commute in Texas for Paul was about 35 minutes. Paul is 15 minutes from work now. There is definitely a savings in the price of gas because of that.
Welcome to our new living room! I am not done figuring out how to have the furniture, but this is a good start. I did move the furniture around in our Texas house probably once a month. Let's hope I settle without doing that much moving about.
Behind our grey chair and loveseat is a play area for Isaac. The picture of it turned out weird and I didn't want to get up to take another. Basically, all his toys are there now instead of in his room. It's rather a fun space. Beyond that, you can see through the cut out our kitchen....
Let's just say I miss my old kitchen, but, as always, I shall adapt!
Our dining space, complete with cozy books. And the largest pine cones ever by the back door. We're making bird feeders with those.
Welcome to our new digs!
